Cindy
A. Holdorff is a Partner with the accounting and litigation
services firm of White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna, Wolf & Hunt,
LLP. Ms. Holdorff has been providing litigation and consulting
services to clients since 1988. She is responsible for
performing accounting and financial analyses on behalf
of attorneys involved in litigation, including patent,
trademark and copyright infringement, unfair competition,
breach of contract, royalty audits, profit participation
disputes, and wrongful termination.
Prior to joining White, Zuckerman, Warsavsky, Luna, Wolf & Hunt,
LLP, she was a Partner at Simpson & Company, a litigation
accounting firm. Ms. Holdorff’s prior experience
includes working as a senior associate in the Litigation
Services practice at Coopers & Lybrand, a “Big
5" accounting firm, where she specialized in forensic
accounting and damage claim analysis. She has also worked
as an internal auditor at the Southern California Gas Company.
Ms. Holdorff has taught and participated in many training
programs in litigation services. She regularly teaches
Minimum Continuing Legal Education courses for attorneys
in Los Angeles. Courses she has presented include: “Introduction
to Financial Statements” and “Determining Damages
in Business Litigation.” She has also been an instructor
for the continuing professional education training programs.
Ms. Holdorff has a Bachelor
of Science degree in Accounting from the University of
Southern California. She is a Certified Public Accountant
and is a member of the American Institute of Certified
Public Accountants and the California Society of Certified
Public Accountants
